• At Cwiz, we’re on a mission to modernize and streamline veterans’ disability claims processing. • Our AI-powered claims management platform empowers advocates by: Automating tedious case preparation, Maximizing client benefits, Improving lawyer-to-veteran communication. • With multiple design partners ready to beta test our product, we’re poised to tackle inefficiencies in the VA claims process this year.
🎯 Requirements
• A proven technical understanding to make wise architectural choices and take smart risks • Startup agility—the ability to move fast, iterate, and adapt in a dynamic environment • A strong product mindset with a passion for delivering customer value • Proficiency in a modern tech stack. Our stack includes: TypeScript (Next.js, Nest.js), Vercel, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or AWS • A strong technical background with hands-on experience in full-stack software development • Bonus Points If You: Have experience integrating LLM workflows or utilizing copilots in programming efforts • Bonus Points If You: Have lived experience with veteran benefits or claims processes
