Description
• Complete internal process audits, according to the standard sample size on a daily basis. • Document audit findings in the internal control platforms, so live feedback is provided to the process stakeholders. • Utilized different feedback tools, in order to proactively coach process owners and lead them through the continuous improvement path. • Maintain up to date internal process procedures and manage internal documentation control unit. • Work with Quality Assurance Manager I to create and maintain training manuals for all QA tasks. • Collaborate in providing training and Post-Training within the focal area • Collaborate across departments. • Maintain a positive attitude, especially in the face of challenges and changes, as the group continues to grow and evolve from its current structure.
Requirements
• High computer skills. • Detail-oriented, and very organized. • +1 year Quality Assurance experience preferable • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
