🎯 Requirements

• Act as the face of the agency for our US-based clients • Research client account and current status of various initiatives • Analyze marketing data and prepare analysis for clients • Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for client meetings • Schedule and lead Zoom calls with clients • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to clients assigned to you • Coordinate with other teams to resolve client issues quickly • Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to customer success • Rely on analytics to determine clients and partners that you should reach out to in order to help them see the best success with their accounts. • Maintain accurate records of client communications and interactions • Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role • 3-8 years experience in a marketing agency or internal marketing role. SEO experience is a major plus. • Highly organized and outstanding organizational ability • A team player who can has a willingness to learn and grow at a fast-pace • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills • Strong academic background who graduated with an outstanding General Weighted Average • Individuals who graduate with a major that could be a good fit including Communications, Business Ad, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Public Administration, or other Liberal Arts degrees

🏖️ Benefits

• The necessary equipment (ex. company computer) will be provided. • Hourly compensation is in $USD • We offer a competitive salary reflecting experience and skills • Aside from the base salary, there will also be an additional company contribution to go towards health insurance and additional benefits that you buy on your own • Target 42.5 billable hours per week • Additionally, you accrue Life Leave which can optionally be cashed in each year adding to your earnings • 20 days accrued annually • These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time. • Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period. • 5 sick days off annually • 15 days accrued annually. • Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time. Every 5 days you cash out is worth about $300 USD. • You have 7 paid US holidays. • Bereavement Policy • Employee Giving Programs (Matching Gift Program, Volunteer Grant Program, etc)
