📋 Description
• As a Part-Time Compliance Officer, you will ensure compliance with SOC 2 Type 2 standards • Manage and track ongoing compliance documentation and evidence • Maintain security-related policies to meet SOC 2 Type 2 standards • Assist with preparing for annual audits and collect necessary documentation • Lead response to security review requests from clients • Manage annual security training for the organization
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in a compliance, security, or audit role • Knowledge of SOC 2 Type 2 controls and requirements • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or similar • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity • A background in IT, cybersecurity, or related fields is a plus
