🎯 Requirements

•7+ years of experience in full stack software engineering •Proven experience in product-oriented software development •Proficiency in modern technologies, including but not limited to: •React, TypeScript, MongoDB, Express (must have) •TailwindCSS, MUI, Vite •Ruby on Rails (nice to have) •Testing Suite - Vitest/Jest, Playwright •Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user interactions and system architecture •Ability to work independently and confidently, even in dynamic situations and with limited information •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders •Nice to Have: •Experience in B2B SaaS startup environments and remote international settings is strongly preferred •Familiarity with event-driven architectures, serverless architectures, high volume architectures, API strategies, MongoDB, AWS, micro-services, web security, and Agile methods is highly desirable •Experience working in an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams •Past positions in startups and international contexts will be appreciated
