Description
• Join the Fountain Worker Experience team as a Software Engineer - Backend. • Work throughout the entire product cycle, including planning and development. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers. • Develop and maintain product features and enhance core stack technologies. • Ensure quality, reliability, and security of the product. • Operate with autonomy in a remote setting across various time zones.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering. • Demonstrated experience in product-oriented software development. • Strong technical expertise in software development and architecture, TypeScript, and cloud-first solutions. • Ability to work independently and confidently. • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French preferred. • Familiarity with B2B SaaS startup environments and remote settings desirable.
