📋 Description
• An Associate Manual Tester with 2-3 years of experience is responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet specified requirements and quality standards. • Design and execute manual test cases based on software requirements and functional specifications. • Report and track software defects using bug tracking tools. • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve software quality. • Participate in software development lifecycle activities such as peer review and release testing. • Stay up-to-date with the latest testing techniques and technologies.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience of min 2 years as a Quality Assurance Tester. • Experience in project management and QA methodology. • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing. • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors. • Attention to detail. • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude. • Strong organizational skills. • Good communication skills are a must!
