• Are you experienced in managing paid digital advertising campaigns and ready to take the next step in your career? • Do you enjoy collaborating with clients and strategizing with team members to achieve business goals? • Do you have a knack for building efficient systems and processes to improve team performance? • If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Digital Advertising Lead & Project Manager role. • This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter to transition into a leadership role and grow our paid media department. • As our Digital Advertising Lead & Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly—from strategy development to execution oversight, freelancer management, and client communications. • You'll work closely with clients, freelancers, and internal team members to ensure paid media efforts align with broader marketing strategies and business objectives. • Additionally, you will play a key role in expanding our freelancer network and establishing systems and processes that create consistency in performance, execution, communication, and responsiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) • Experience managing client relationships and setting strategy for paid campaigns • Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics and optimization techniques • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Prior experience managing freelancers or working in an agency environment is a plus • Experience creating and implementing processes to improve team performance • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.)
