📋 Description
• Team Leadership: build and lead a team of exceptional engineers adept at building distributed micro services. • Attract and hire top-notch Engineering talent for the organisation. • Help implement effective engineering processes and champion their adoption. • Provide guidance and enable managers / supervisors to manage day-to-day tasks. • Manage up to 15 reports across multiple small teams. • Technical Vision: evaluate architecture choices on an ongoing basis. • Drive infrastructure & tool improvements for new products and existing processes. • Product Leadership: define and execute the road map by collaborating with partners in Product, Design and Operations.
🎯 Requirements
• B. Tech with 7-10 years of experience in the software industry. • Experience building and leading a team of exceptional engineers that deliver high-impact results. • Good ideas and can inspire the team to come up with better ideas. • Ability to work through ambiguous requirements and make decisions to push forward. • Passion for building highly scalable solutions with flexibility factored in to make quick pivots. • Good grasp of technologies such as Java/Go and distributed/cloud development. • Excellent communication skills, both within the team and across the organization. • Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments with hands-on technical knowledge.
