🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing management or full-stack marketing role within an e-commerce environment. • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. • Excellent copywriting and communication skills. • Experience with CRO and website optimization. • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights against what sells. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Experience working with design and development teams. • Ability to work remotely and manage your own time effectively. • A strong understanding of customer research and how to implement it. • A passion for e-commerce and a desire to drive growth. • Strong performance marketing experience. • Bonus Points: • Experience with specific marketing automation tools. • Familiarity with heatmaps, ads managers, and analytics tools.
