• At Foxelli Group, we're not just leading the digital marketplace - we're redefining it. • We’re on the hunt for a UX/UI Designer who’s ready to make a real impact. • As a UX/UI Designer, you will own the brand design, covering both UX and UI aspects. • You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs that balance functionality with aesthetics. • Lead the design process with a strong focus on user experience, ensuring the needs, pain points, and behaviors of users are at the core of every project. • Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to map out user flows and interactions. • You’ll also be responsible for crafting visually compelling UI elements, creating design systems, and ensuring consistency across all interfaces. • Conduct usability tests and iterate on designs to refine the user journey, improving user interaction and engagement. • Ensure designs are accessible to all users, adhering to WCAG standards. • Develop and maintain a consistent design system, ensuring brand alignment, coherence, and usability across all products.
• 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design with a focus on e-commerce platforms, demonstrating a strong portfolio that showcases your work in optimizing user experiences and interfaces for online stores and transactional websites. • Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, with experience in building and maintaining design systems, especially for e-commerce websites. • In-depth understanding of e-commerce UX principles, including user research, conversion optimization, checkout flow design, and information architecture tailored to online shopping experiences. • Hands-on experience with UI design—creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and brand-consistent interfaces that enhance the customer journey and drive conversions. • Solid understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles to ensure an inclusive and optimized shopping experience across all devices and platforms. • Experience with e-commerce metrics such as cart abandonment, conversion rates, and user flows, using data to refine designs and improve the overall shopping experience. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless integration of design and functionality. • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS) and the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly and perform well in an e-commerce environment. • Experience with A/B testing and using insights to iterate on design elements that directly impact key business metrics like sales and user retention.
• Complimentary gym memberships and company-sponsored outdoor adventures for your strength and keeping your physical well-being in check. • A personal development budget is at your disposal for your personal and professional growth to ensure you keep continuously growing. • Generous paid time off, including parental leave and vacation days, to recharge and rejuvenate and ensure you’re well-rested. • A budget for your home office setup so you’re comfortable working how you like and where you like. • Strong company culture and a network of unique individuals that celebrates you. • Full flexibility with your schedule in a fully remote setting for your control of a working day, powered by Hubstaff for transparency and fairness.

Discover 100,000+ Remote Jobs!
We use powerful scraping tech to scan the internet for thousands of remote jobs daily. It operates 24/7 and costs us to operate, so we charge for access to keep the site running.
Of course! You can cancel your subscription at any time with no hidden fees or penalties. Once canceled, you’ll still have access until the end of your current billing period.
Other job boards only have jobs from companies that pay to post. This means that you miss out on jobs from companies that don't want to pay. On the other hand, Remote Rocketship scrapes the internet for jobs and doesn't accept payments from companies. This means we have thousands more jobs!
New jobs are constantly being posted. We check each company website every day to ensure we have the most up-to-date job listings.
Yes! We’re always looking to expand our listings and appreciate any suggestions from our community. Just send an email to Lior@remoterocketship.com. I read every request.
Remote Rocketship is a solo project by me, Lior Neu-ner. I built this website for my wife when she was looking for a job! She was having a hard time finding remote jobs, so I decided to build her a tool that would search the internet for her.
