Requirements
• Experience in Operations or Project Management: Background in operations, project management, or a similar role within creative, marketing, or digital content environments. • Full-Stack Marketing Understanding: Knowledge of the key elements in a successful marketing funnel—including ads, copy, design/CRO, customer angles, emails, and other performance-driven components. • Passion for E-Commerce and Marketing: A strong interest in e-commerce, with a broad understanding of what drives marketing success and how each department contributes to our overall strategy. • Data-Driven: Proficient in tracking and analyzing key metrics, with a focus on using data to drive improvements. • Project Management Skills: Competent in project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello for organizing tasks and timelines. • Strong Communication and Coordination Skills: Able to work effectively across departments to ensure smooth project flow and keep everyone aligned. • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions that enhance team performance and efficiency.
