Requirements
• Proven Leadership Experience: A demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of developers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. • Proven Technical Experience: A solid track record of successfully managing e-commerce platforms, ideally Shopify, with a deep understanding of front-end development, performance optimization, and user experience design. • Data-Driven Approach: You excel at analyzing data to identify trends, set performance benchmarks, and make informed decisions. • Strong Communication: You communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and build effective working relationships with diverse teams. • Passion for E-commerce: You're excited about the online retail space and eager to contribute to the success of our brands.
