• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our online stores, ensuring smooth product listings, pricing updates, and overall store performance. • Use Excel and Google Sheets to track sales metrics, identify trends, and suggest improvements to drive conversions. • Work closely with the team to analyze landing page performance and provide insights to improve conversion rates and user experience. • Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to inform our strategies. • Support the planning and execution of e-commerce campaigns and promotions, ensuring they align with our brand and drive growth. • Assist in optimizing areas of the customer journey for a better experience and increased sales. • Work with marketing, design, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive strategies that lead to growth. • Help manage vendor communications and ensure payments are handled efficiently.
