Description
• Review resumes and identify top candidates to move forward in the recruitment process. • Conduct initial video interviews to assess candidate suitability. • Assist in partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and support recruitment efforts. • Use job boards and social media to source potential candidates. • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and transparent recruitment journey. • Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and managing recruitment databases. • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to relevant policies and procedures. • Work closely with the HR team to achieve shared goals. • Assist in meeting recruitment targets quickly and effectively.
Requirements
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews is required. • Basic understanding of using social media and job boards for sourcing candidates. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to connect with hiring managers and candidates. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. • Comfortable working in a competitive and dynamic environment. • Basic understanding of recruitment policies and procedures is a plus. • Ability to deliver accurate and timely results.
