📋 Description
• FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established globally regulated Australian broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our Payments Team. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and handling financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records in our systems. • This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. • Oversee and process clients’ deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring all transactions comply with relevant regulations and guidelines. • Maintain and update CRM and platform systems with accurate financial data. • Work closely with the Back Office Manager to address and resolve any transaction-related issues. • Handle client requests and complaints, conducting thorough investigations and providing timely resolutions. • Assist the Onboarding and Support teams in responding to client inquiries related to financial transactions. • Collaborate with the Compliance and Risk teams to review and assess specific client cases. • Reconcile payment discrepancies with customers and service providers through multiple communication channels. • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Previous experience in accounting, or financial services is preferred • Proficiency in accounting software, CRM systems, and financial platforms • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure • Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with various teams and external partners • High attention to detail and analytical mindset • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
