Description

• We're seeking an experienced Event Producer to craft unforgettable experiences that showcase the power of Framework products. • As our first dedicated event marketer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our offline brand identity and fostering meaningful connections within the Framework community. • While this role is focused on leading the event strategy, there are rare surge periods where our creative team would also be looking for assistance producing photo shoots.

Requirements

• Experience preparing, managing, and maintaining project tracking and budgets • Familiarity with, or willingness to learn communications and project management tools, such as Google Chat, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Jira. • Ability to travel to events nationally and internationally • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (nights & weekends) as required by the project • Take initiative, act responsively, and demonstrate a sense of urgency • Be collaborative, engaged, curious, and solution-oriented • Outstanding organizational skills & time management skills to efficiently manage multiple projects and project team simultaneously • Effectively communicate ideas with succinctness, clarity, and purpose • Creative and analytical thinking to successfully shape event vision, anticipate challenges, and provide sound solutions • Feedback-oriented mindset: strive for continuous improvement by placing an emphasis on both receiving and giving feedback
