Description
• Experienced Supplier Development Engineer responsible for developing and managing our supplier base for submersible pumps and motors in India. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier quality, reliability, and performance meet our company's standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field. • Minimum 7- 10 years of experience in supplier development or quality engineering preferably from submersible pumps and motors manufacturing background. • Hands on experience in working with suppliers of casting items, machining components, plastic parts • Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methods • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access) with PowerBI
