• Strategische Beratung von (internationalen) Etats • Bestandskunden führen, entwickeln und ausbauen • Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer, crossmedialer Kommunikationskonzepte • Aktive Medienarbeit und Beziehungspflege zu Journalisten und Multiplikatoren • Schreiben von Pressemitteilungen, Fachbeiträgen und Blogartikeln • Projekt-Lead bei Neukunden-Pitches, Konzeptentwicklung sowie Kunden-Workshops • Planung und Teilnahme an Strategie-Workshops mit Kunden • Ansprache und Gewinnen digitaler Love-Brands als unsere neuen Lieblingskunden • Führen von Vertriebsgesprächen mit Neukunden und Interessenten • Angebote erstellen und Wirtschaftlichkeit der Beratung sicherstellen
🎯 Requirements
• 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der B2B/B2C-Kommunikation/PR in einer PR-Agentur oder einem Unternehmen • 1-2 Jahre Branchenerfahrung in der Gesundheitswirtschaft mit gutem persönlichem Netzwerk zur Branche sowie Kontakten zu Journalisten • Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsgeschick sowie Stil- und Textsicherheit (sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung) • Begeisterung für digitale Gesundheitsthemen • Gelebte Freude und Liebe für Medien und Menschen • Lust, Neues in die Welt zu bringen • Hands-on-Mentalität
