Description

• Data Entry and Analysis: Recording financial transactions, organizing data, and using Excel. • Financial Reporting: Assisting with preparing financial reports for accuracy. • Budgeting Support: Supporting budget preparation, tracking spending, and updating spreadsheets. • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Processing invoices and tracking payments. • Financial Modeling and Dashboards: Learning to build financial models and dashboards. • Expense Tracking and Reconciliation: Assisting with reconciliations for transaction accuracy. • Research: Conducting research on financial trends to support decision-making. • Assisting with Audits: Supporting audit preparations by organizing records. • Process Improvement: Identifying ways to streamline finance processes. • Ad Hoc Projects: Working on special projects related to finance. • Learning and Development: Participating in training sessions and familiarizing with financial tools.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently obtained a degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting. • Solid understanding of financial terms, concepts, and principles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience with project management systems like ClickUp, Asana, etc. • Experience with internal communication tools like Slack, Teams, etc. • Experience with financial tools like Netsuite, Quickbooks, and PowerBi. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
