📋 Description
• Rattaché au Head of Product, concevoir, spécifier et suivre les développements de l’application. • Participer à proposer une offre locative toujours plus importante nécessitant des outils performants ! • Conduire les interviews utilisateurs • Identifier les problèmes des utilisateurs et proposer des pistes d’amélioration • Prioriser les nouveautés selon la valeur ajoutée et les objectifs • Constituer et animer une communauté d'ambassadeurs • Rédiger les User Stories • Animer et participer aux rituels agiles • Valider le bon fonctionnement des nouveaux développements • Être le/la référent(e) du métier sur les fonctionnalités délivrées • Rédiger la documentation associée aux projets • Accompagner les utilisateurs de nos API si besoin • Constituer un tableau de bord de suivi et pilotage du produit
🎯 Requirements
• Expert(e) en priorisation • Sensibilité à l’UX • Maîtrise de l’anglais • Permis de conduire • Connaissance du fonctionnement des web services json/rest • H/F de formation école d’ingénieur(e), école de commerce ou équivalent • Autonome, organisé(e), dynamique, curieux(se), pédagogue et force de proposition • Capacités d’analyse, de synthèse, d’expression et de rédaction • Rigoureux(se) et pragmatique • Bonne aisance relationnelle, forte capacité d’adaptation, sens de l’écoute et esprit d’équipe • Passionné(e) par la mobilité • Profils seniors avec au minimum 5 ans d'expériences en tant que Product Owner • Expérience dans le secteur de l’autopartage/carsharing/voiture connectée est un plus • Connaissance de l’agilité et volonté de mettre en pratique
