• Be the first point of contact for customer claims, managing and resolving them within set limits. • Investigate, manage, and process claims according to internal guidelines. • Handle personal injury and material damage claims, including liability and compensation assessments. • Provide active support to claimants via email, phone, and other channels. • Negotiate with repair shops, legal authorities, and other relevant parties. • Interface with Free2Move locations, external experts, law firms, and insurance companies. • Prepare accident compensation statements and handle complaint assessments.
• Commercial or technical education (insurance, service, or vehicle-related industries preferred) or equivalent work experience. • Excellent Italian and strong English communication skills (written and spoken). • 1+ year of experience in a similar role. • Familiarity with claims handling, compensation payments, and related jurisdiction; basic understanding of vehicle damage is a plus. • Ability to work independently with high standards, while thriving in a team environment. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
