📋 Description
• The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the Founder & Executive Director by handling administrative, operational, and strategic support tasks. • The EA will manage scheduling, communication, donor relations, and logistics, allowing the Executive Director to focus on leadership and mission growth. • Location: Remote. • Job Type: Part-Time. • Salary: $400 - $750 per month (based on part-time hours).
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting senior leadership. • Strong experience in email and calendar management, CRM systems, and donor relations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence. • High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and Zoom. • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high level of initiative and adaptability.
