•FreedX, an exciting start-up cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a skilled and proactive Operation Risk Manager (ORM). •Responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks impacting business processes. •Requires strong understanding of operational risk management in the cryptocurrency market. •Ability to implement effective risk control measures in a dynamic start-up environment. •Develop and maintain an operational risk management framework. •Conduct regular operational risk assessments and improve operational efficiency. •Assist in developing business continuity and disaster recovery plans. •Monitor and manage operational risk incidents for timely resolution. •Prepare and present operational risk reports to stakeholders. •Develop and deliver operational risk training programs. •Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
