🎯 Requirements
• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Manual QA Tester, preferably in fintech or crypto environments, with a proven record of high-quality work in fast-paced environments. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience. • Excellent analytical skills and a meticulous approach to finding and reporting defects. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Programming Skills: Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for custom test scripts. • Crypto & Fintech Knowledge: Understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and trading principles is a strong plus. • Performance Testing: Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. • Security Testing: Knowledge of security testing practices, particularly in crypto and financial applications. • CI/CD & DevOps: Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and familiarity with DevOps processes to streamline QA workflows.
