Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or related fields, with at least 1–2 years in fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or a similarly regulated environment. • Proven track record in media relations and successful communication campaigns in dynamic, high-growth industries. • Exceptional Writing & Editing: Ability to distill complex topics into clear, compelling narratives suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Media & Influencer Relations: Strong network of relevant media contacts and the ability to forge new relationships quickly. • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to craft communication plans that align with broader business objectives and respond to evolving market conditions. • Crisis Management: Demonstrated experience in managing sensitive issues, with a calm and strategic approach to problem-solving. • Collaborative Mindset: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, legal, and executive teams. • Analytical & Results-Driven: Familiarity with PR analytics tools and a data-driven approach to evaluating communication outcomes.
