Requirements
• 7+ years of product management experience in financial technology or cryptocurrency exchanges • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and market making principles • Experience with order matching engines and trading algorithms • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for cryptocurrency exchanges • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex trading data • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams • We’re looking for someone with experience in Web 3.0, cryptocurrency, blockchain, cryptography, and decentralized finance (DeFi) to support the growth and innovation of our crypto exchange platform. • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) • Familiarity with trading terminals and market data analysis tools • Knowledge of programming concepts, particularly related to trading systems
