📋 Description

• Clean, organize, and ingest clinical data collected as part of Freenome’s clinical study efforts • Participate in the design and implementation of new clinical informatics tools/solutions and integration with existing systems to support clinical data needs at Freenome • Work with other stakeholders to develop processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of metadata associated with patient samples • Analyze clinical data to monitor/report progress and trends of subject enrollment and clinical data collection, provide summary statistics and information about clinical studies to support study decision making • Report on data received to feed into research study design as well as future sample collection planning • Collect stakeholder feedback on clinical data organization, infrastructure, and content to iterate and make Freenome’s expansive data store as valuable as possible

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in a clinical informatics, bioinformatics, data science, computer science or other relevant scientific field • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD; or equivalent work experience • Direct experience processing, analyzing, and integrating data from multiple sources in clinical research or healthcare IT environments • Proficiency in R or Python, and familiar with SQL • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clinical and technical staff • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
