• Liderar la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos relacionados con Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Colaborar con equipos de marketing, ventas, TI y otros departamentos. • Actuar como el principal punto de contacto con los stakeholders. • Asegurar la entrega de soluciones técnicas de alta calidad. • Brindar orientación y soporte a los usuarios finales.
🎯 Requirements
• Licenciatura en Marketing, Tecnologías de la Información, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines. • Experiencia comprobada de al menos 3 años como Project Manager en proyectos de Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Conocimiento profundo en Marketing Automation, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio y Social Studio. • Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos complejos que involucren estrategias multicanal. • Habilidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente con plazos ajustados. • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación.
