• Almost every single thing that you eat, wear, or use is imported. • Clearit makes customs brokerage seamless for importers in the US and Canada with a modern, digital, frictionless platform. • We're looking for a Software Developer Contractor who can turn complex processes into elegant digital solutions. • Using your expertise in Laravel, VueJS, and PHP, you'll be crafting the technology that makes international trade flow smoothly. • Transform complex requirements into elegant solutions that make brokers smile and importers celebrate. • Build features that turn mountains of paperwork into smooth digital workflows using Laravel, VueJS, PHP, HTML, and JavaScript. • Design APIs that connect systems as seamlessly as international trade routes. • Partner with fellow developers for code reviews that are more fun than finding misplaced semicolons.

🎯 Requirements

• You speak Laravel, PHP, and VueJS fluently • MySQL doesn't just sound like a cute database name to you - you know its ins and outs • You use Bitbucket/Git like a pro to keep code flowing smoothly • RESTful APIs are your bread and butter (and you know how to make them play nice together) • You write unit tests that could spot a tariff classification error from a mile away • Your problem-solving skills are sharper than a customs officer's eye for detail • You can explain complex technical concepts as clearly as a customs declaration form • Experience with logistics or customs software (hey, we can dream!) • Knowledge of additional frontend frameworks (because who doesn't love options?) • Cloud services experience (AWS, Azure) - because that's where the future is floating • A passion for clean code that rivals Marie Kondo's organizational skills • Open-source contributions that make other developers jealous • Python programming skills (because Python makes everything easier)
