• Create compelling and on-brand visual content, including emails, social media posts, and digital ads, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints • Prioritize customer journey and conversion optimization in all design work, using insights from analytics and A/B testing to refine and improve designs • Analyze and interpret campaign briefs to understand objectives, target audiences, and key messages • Develop and execute the key visuals and art direction of marketing campaigns, enforcing it and ensuring that all creative assets align with the company's brand identity and target audience • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring that the company's visual identity is strong and recognizable • Work with the Creative Director and Team Lead to develop creative concepts that serve our OKRs • Work closely with the copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure that creative assets align with overall marketing objectives • Conduct critiques with the design team to review and give approvals for assets, ensuring that designs meet the objectives • Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to support their professional growth and skill development • Oversee project timelines, ensuring efficient distribution of tasks within the design team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results • Identify areas for improvement in creative processes and team dynamics, implementing changes that enhance efficiency • Stay current with industry trends, design techniques, and technology to keep the creative output fresh and relevant
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or any related field (or equivalent experience) • 2+ years experience as an Art Director, Digital Designer, or Senior Designer, with a focus on e-commerce or digital marketing serving the US market • 2+ years of experience managing a team through campaigns and projects • Strong understanding of how design drives eCommerce performance and customer engagement • Strong portfolio of designs and/or projects • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) and familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Figma) • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
