• Drive the volume hiring of Campus Managers at a fast-growing American Start-up! • Fresh Prints is a New York City-based custom apparel start-up. • Help Fresh Prints find more incredible students who drive revenue. • Work directly with our Recruiting Team Manager. • Conduct research and source leads on LinkedIn. • Follow a detailed recruitment plan while adding your own creative touch. • Screen potential Campus Manager candidates. • Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics. • Coordinate with our interview & training teams.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills • Fluency in English is a must • Great interpersonal and people skills • LinkedIn sourcing experience is preferred • Outbound sales and marketing experience is preferred • Detail-oriented and meticulous with work • Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects
• First 3 Months- $200 (Base pay- $150 and NSA $50) • PPO after 3 months: $600 per month + $80 NSA • Internship Period: 3 months, with potential for conversion to a permanent role based on performance • Recommendation letter after completion of 3 month internship period • Learning Opportunities • Working in a great culture
