Description

• Drive recruitment of Campus Managers for student entrepreneurs in a start-up • Work with Recruiting Team Manager to develop sourcing, qualifying, and converting processes • Conduct research on LinkedIn and follow recruitment plans • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews • Prepare weekly recruiting metrics reports

Requirements

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills • Fluency in English is a must • Great interpersonal and people skills • LinkedIn sourcing experience is preferred • Outbound sales and marketing experience is preferred • Detail-oriented and meticulous with work • Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

Benefits

• First 3 Months- $200 (Base pay- $150 and NSA $50) • PPO after 3 months: $600 per month + $80 NSA • Internship Period: 3 months, with potential for conversion to a permanent role based on performance • Recommendation letter after completion of 3 month internship period • Learning Opportunities • Working in a great culture
