📋 Description
• Manage invoice collection process • Ensure timely payments of over $40 million a year • Follow up with customers on open and overdue invoices • Handle case escalations and complex invoices • Coordinate with Universities, Student organizations, and companies on payments • Track and report on overall collections metrics • Apply check and Venmo payments to invoices • Take card payments over the phone • Apply discounts and refunds to invoices • Find new ways to improve and take ownership of projects
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in the Finance/Collections/Accounts Receivable field • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are a must • Customer centric • Good problem-solving skills
