Description

• Design and implement revenue-generating initiatives, including campaigns, promos, and workflows. • Coordinate campaign launches and ensure timely execution. • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and content. • Create personalized marketing programs that enhance customer experience at various stages of the customer lifecycle. • Work with channel managers to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, Ads, etc.) • Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements to maximize ROI, engagement, and retention. • Utilize customer data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and decisions. • Regularly report on key metrics related to revenue, campaign performance, and engagement. • Work closely with Sales, Product, Tech, and the rest of the Growth team to align on goals and strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, project management, data, or related roles. • Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving team performance towards shared goals. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful revenue strategies. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
