📋 Description
• Collaborate with graphic designers, marketing, and content teams to write on-brand copy for our collegiate and corporate clientele • Analyze sales data, comms, and customer behavior to come up with retention marketing strategies and execution plans • Execute on cross-functional retention marketing work along with sales, and other marketing team members to ensure successful account retention per campaign • Analyze the impact of retention campaigns and initiatives and apply findings to future campaigns • The Unknown - we're always looking to find new ways to improve and we also want you to take ownership over projects you think can add value to
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years of work experience (client-facing and analytical roles preferred) • Fluency in English • Comfortable collaborating with the broader team • Comfortable working in an Agile marketing structure • Excellent communication skills • Strong time management & prioritization skills • Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects
