Description
• Your day-to-day involves a wide range of responsibilities and goals, including: • Lead candidate outreach and sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels • Conduct initial interviews, and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments plus interviews for candidates and hiring managers. • Communicate with management and other team members to ensure status updates of tasks • Any other responsibilities delegated; be a backup for HR generalist/admin responsibilities
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills • Fluency in English is a must • Strong time management & prioritization skills • Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects • Great interpersonal and people skills • Fresh Grads with a flair for HR along with an eagerness to learn are welcome to apply
