•Drive marketing initiatives at a fast-growing startup •Plan and schedule email and text campaigns •Develop and execute email strategies •Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign performance •Monitor campaign performance metrics and report findings •Coordinate with design, content, sales, and product teams •Utilize data analysis and segmentation for targeted campaigns •Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance •Execute daily administrative tasks
Requirements
•Excellent communication skills •Fluency in English is a must •Strong time management & prioritization skills •Super detail-oriented and meticulous with work •Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects •Understanding basic HTML will earn you brownie points •Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers •Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel
