Description

• Join an Innovative Growth Team as Lead Engineer • Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel startup • Be a Lead engineer on the Growth Team, developing and delivering business applications • Work with PMs, Quality engineers, and designers to develop solutions • Guide our team of front-end and back-end developers • Develop highly responsive User interfaces using angular and other front-end technologies • Develop scalable backend APIs using NodeJS • Write and maintain unit tests for the applications • Monitor reliability and performance of internal systems to prevent issues • Ensure solutions meet both technical and consumer needs • Stay updated on web applications and programming languages.

Requirements

• Full-stack developer with 5+ years of experience • 2+ years of experience in leading a team • Hands-on experience working with React/Angular, Node JS, and MySQL • Strong understanding of Express Framework • Hands-on experience in working with web services, databases, and web frameworks • Hands-on with AWS, CI/CD, Docker, GIT • Strong working knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML • Able to guide our team of junior developers • Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM • Working on complex UI and Code Reviews • Decision-making on approach and Architecture • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong organizational and time management skills.
