• Mentor and develop the team of Recruiters who are dedicated to bringing the best talent to Fresh Prints • Manage recruitment activities like screening applications, grading projects, keeping the pipeline robust for all positions at Fresh Prints • Collaborate with department leads/hiring managers/exec team & close open positions • Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment KPI Metrics • Drive Process Improvement initiatives in all recruitment-related activities • Ensure great candidate experience
Requirements
• Analytical mindset and ability to think outside the box • Experience with Applicant Tracker Systems (Greenhouse is preferred) • Experience in a dynamic and fast-growing environment would be a big plus
