Description

• Identify, target, and engage with potential prospects within the skilled trades everyday • Book qualified opportunities with MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) contractors • Conduct outreach across various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, video messaging, and social media • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Ply's product and service offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and opportunities within HubSpot

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in outbound sales process • Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and utilizing video and social media in the sales process. • Prior experience with CRM tools preferred • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to initiate meaningful conversations. • A willingness & passion for learning about the skilled trades • Resourceful, self-motivated, and eager to learn and adapt to new challenges. • Not afraid to dive in, take initiative, and embrace change that comes with a startup

Benefits

• $800 base pay with performance based incentives up to $300/month • Paid Time Offs
