📋 Description

• We are seeking a talented Senior Web Designer to join our dynamic web team. • Responsible for designing user-centered solutions that enhance the overall experience of Freshworks.com. • Focus on ensuring that approaches are customer-centric while working to achieve business goals. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, visual designers and publishers. • Involves understanding user needs, defining user flows, and creating wireframes and prototypes. • Gather stakeholder inputs, synthesize information, and help showcase the art of what’s possible. • Maintain attention to detail together with a strong pulse on industry trends, best practices, and experience to deliver impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. • Deep understanding of UX principles, design thinking, interaction design, and usability best practices. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale. • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and incorporate feedback into design iterations. • Continuously explore and evaluate emerging design trends, tools, and technologies. Proactively incorporate innovative design concepts and suggest new approaches to keep our user experience cutting-edge and aligned with industry advancements.
