• Managing sales target, receivables and develop Polyurethane business in Western India. • Ensure to achieve the annual / monthly sales and gross margin targets. • Manage distributor and work with them to grow the sales and collect payments. • Visit potential / existing consumers to understand their requirements / resolve their queries on need basis. • Plan introduction of new technologies to improve market effectivity and product line management. • Participate in the department’s monthly business reviews and share necessary market inputs and updates with the management. • Communicate with target customer and managing customer relationships. • Monitor competitor activity. • Conduct product trials, evaluate customer benefits delivered leading to new business development.
• Graduate in Engineering/Science in Chemistry with 4 to 6 years of experience in a Multi National Company. • Knowledge on Polyurethane processing and manufacturing - preferred. • Experience in sales/ techno commercial of Specialty Chemicals is preferred.
