• Own key revenue and product models, driving regular forecast updates, and produce weekly/monthly reporting packages • Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and insightful financial analyses and forecasts, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities relating to our go-to-market strategy to business leaders and executives • Lead the creation of effective dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to track our operational and financial metrics relating to our go-to-market activities • Develop a strong understanding of Front's business model and translate the impact of business decisions on company performance • Execute competitive benchmarking to maintain a comprehensive understanding of our position in the market landscape • Drive ongoing improvement in finance and operational workflows, increase efficiency through automation & process excellence, and proactively understand risks and opportunities to provide predictability to future performance
• 4+ years of finance or related experience in a highly analytical and operational role • Ability to eloquently distill and communicate financial data and complex topics to non-finance stakeholders • Can context switch and dynamically prioritize a portfolio of work • Strong financial modeling skills in Excel and understanding of business metrics. Familiarity with comprehensive 3-statement models; ability to conceptualize and implement new models to support strategic decision making • Experience and comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment; bonus points for experience with SaaS business models and unit economics • Experience or interest in Technology or Software / SaaS industry • Strong financial acumen (e.g., a good understanding of financial statements, accounting, FP&A processes, etc.) • Experience with FP&A planning processes, operating expense forecasting, and P&L management. • Exposure to working with finance and GTM systems (e.g., Pigment / Anaplan, Netsuite, Salesforce, CaptivateIQ) and other BI tools( Omni, Mode) • SQL skills and understanding of database / data warehousing concepts (though we always have internal resources to assist)
