Requirements

• Strong leadership abilities to guide teams and ensure projects are completed successfully • Understanding of business processes and how enterprise applications can enhance operational efficiency and contribute to strategic goals • Ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align on goals and deliver high-impact solutions • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements to optimize team performance • Experience in cross-departmental collaboration, especially between technical and business teams • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing and coordinating with cross-functional teams • Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and business environments
