Description

• Frontiers is seeking a skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain enterprise-level applications such as Jira, Confluence, Office 365 apps and others. • The System Administrator is responsible for ensuring the stability, security and optimal performance of these applications, providing high-level support, managing user access and ensuring proper configurations are in place to meet business needs. • This role involves collaborating closely with the Applications Manager and other teams to ensure applications are running efficiently and in compliance with security standards. • This role will report to the Enterprise Solutions Manager.

Requirements

• Strong experience administering enterprise applications like Jira, Confluence and Office 365 apps or similar. • Proficiency in user access management, permissions configurations and system settings. • Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues as part of Level 3 support. • Strong understanding of application security best practices and compliance requirements. • Experience working with change management and testing procedures for application updates. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders. • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation.
