📋 Description

• Investigate and verify facts of loss to analyze and confirm coverage. • Handle the entire claims process, from investigation to resolution, including communication with insured parties and external experts. • Establish and adjust reserves, ensuring accurate and timely claims management. • Draft and submit coverage correspondence, including Reservations of Rights and denials. • Attend mediations and apply advanced negotiation skills to resolve disputed claims. • Mentor less experienced adjusters and assist with training as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: A four-year college degree is preferred • Experience: Minimum of 8 years’ experience handling complex liability claims • Certifications: Maintain Florida 520 License; obtain Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia licenses if not currently held • Skills: Strong investigative and analytical skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
