• Entering vouchers; ensuring credit is received for returns. • Charging expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; and recording entries. • Reconciling monthly supplier statements. • Recording sales tax payable information. • Maintaining historical records. • Review and work vendor statements. • Review and research PO and EDI issues.
🎯 Requirements
• 2 - 5 years of payables experience in a corporate environment • Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • MS Excel – highly proficient • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal colleagues at all levels • Strong & accurate data entry skills • Analytical with the ability to multi-task changing priorities and deadlines • Experience with transactions involving multiple currencies
