• FUEL Brand Designers develop compelling and cohesive visual design systems that effectively communicate the brand's essence and brand strategy. • This role requires a strong understanding of branding principles, exceptional design skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring brands to life. • Conceptualize and design brand visual assets, including logos, typography, color palettes, photography style, iconography, patterns, and other brand elements. • Understands and appreciates the relationship between brand strategy and brand design; collaborates and communicates well with brand strategists. • Develops thoughtful brand governance and robust brand guidelines. • Designs engaging and user-centered brand experiences for websites, mobile apps, and social platforms; collaborates well with strategists, user experience designers, copywriters, and programmers. • Creates digital design systems and produces design specifications for websites. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate approach, rationale, and design thinking. • Presents confidently, persuasively, and professionally to clients and internal teams. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in design execution. • Completes projects on deadline and on budget.
• A four-year degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Proven work experience as a Brand Designer or similar role • A strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful brand design case studies • Expertise in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign applications and other relevant design tools • Expertise in Sketch or Figma web design applications.
