Description

• We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Senior Consultant with SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling/Managerial Accounting (CO) functional & technical experience executing and delivering a complex migration project from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. • The candidate will be responsible for the configuration of SAP S/4HANA Target System to ensure a seamless transition, while providing expert guidance and support to clients. • Provide expert guidance and support in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI) module, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting. • Work closely with finance departments to understand their processes and needs and suggest improvements. • Conduct testing to ensure system reliability, accuracy, and performance. • Ensure seamless integration of the FI/CO modules with other SAP modules. • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using SAP tools. • Lead FI/CO teams, managing timelines and coordinating with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in SAP FI (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Bank Accounting) & SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Product Costing and Material Ledger) module implementation and support. • Knowledge and experience with Fiscal Year Change/Conversion is required. • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling configurations, functionalities, and best practices with a minimum of two (2) SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Selective Data Transfer or Brownfield migration projects. • Proven experience as a key team member in projects from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA involving Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling/Managerial Accounting (CO) applications leveraging SAP tools during the migration and transformation process. • Experience with other SAP modules and migration tools, such as Data Migration Cockpit, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, Inventory Management and Warehouse Management is a plus. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • SAP S/4HANA certification in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) is highly desirable.
