Description

• Receive, Document, and Develop requirements for the HR Lifecycle event & HR Transitions project • Follow architecture governance structures, methodologies, and compliance activities to maintain regulatory compliance with enterprise ServiceNow standards • Provide technical guidance, perform peer code reviews, and ensure software development best-practices are used to develop and fulfill requirements • Take part in scrum development activities for complex requirements & project activities • Take part in issue resolution within ServiceNow Modules used at Schneider Electric • Create/maintain API & data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services • Work with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) technologies in conjunction with ServiceNow • Collaborate with ServiceNow Support concerning issues and other technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience (Implementation/integration, enhancement and production level design and development support). • Experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements specifically in HRSD. • At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a Sr. Developer / Developer. • Experience as ServiceNow Developer / Technical Consultant on an enterprise level, or large implementation projects. • Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML • Must be technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives • Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
